Are you getting tired of pumpkins yet?  Speaking for myself, I am almost there. I must confess, I'm beginning to feel that urge to decorate for Christmas. Before that feeling totally sets in, I thought that I would post a few photos of our front porch.  It's been decked out in fall's finest for several weeks now.

The weather here has been very mild.  So mild that the giant licorice plant that sits in the corner of our porch all summer has not yet died.  Neither of us has the heart to throw her out, though, so there she sits - waiting for the first hard freeze.  I plopped a pumpkin down inside her just to make her look a little more fall-ish.
