The Sights and Sounds of Indy!

Yes, we are home, and so ends the 64th Reunion of the 12 Armored Division.  I have posted three new albums on my Facebook page so if you'd like to see them all, just go there!  I chose only a few select photos for my blog.  The picture below shows the true reason we traveled to Indianapolis.
World War II Ex-POWs
George O'Bryan, Charlie Fitts, Bob Howeller, George Rich

As Rex and I walked through downtown Indy on Friday, we, meaning HE, spotted this Lamborgini.  What more is there to write about it?  The photo speaks for itself.
Can you spot the doorman standing beside the black SUV?  He came around to talk to me as I took some photos and commented on the beauty of the car.  Jokingly, I asked him if it was HIS car.  After he finished laughing, he told me that it belonged to a basketball player!  I wonder who?
Lucas Oil Stadium only gives tours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays - we missed that, so we just snapped a couple photos as we drove by.  Hi Peyton!

Of course, we had to see Soldiers and Sailors Memorial.

Guess what, there was a wedding going on there so I snapped a couple photos of the bride and groom.  I just HAD to get a shot of the flower girl's dress, too.  She was SO cute!

Thus ends my little photo tour of Indianapolis.  Please go to my FB page to view my Indy albums.
